Carissa Ray

GreenCraft Media’s founder, Carissa Ray, is an Emmy-winning multimedia journalist and producer with nearly 20 years of experience in digital storytelling, photography, video, and marketing. She spent over a decade at NBC News Digital, where she earned national and international recognition as Supervising Multimedia Producer for the TODAY show, and later led media and operations at Ohio’s top startup, Everything But The House. Since founding GreenCraft, Carissa has guided nonprofits and businesses in building authentic digital presences—earning regional Emmy awards year after year with the help of her talented team of creative producers, designers, and writers.

Nick Reece

Nick Reece is a photographer, filmmaker, designer, and film location scout whose passion for visual storytelling began in his hometown of Maysville, Kentucky. After earning his BFA in Film & Television Production from DePaul University, he sharpened his skills as a Chicago street photographer before returning to the Cincinnati area to work on major studio films including Superman, Bones & All, The Bikeriders, and Turtles All the Way Down. At GreenCraft, Nick brings his industry experience and creative eye to help nonprofits and local organizations share their stories through powerful, authentic visuals.

Bailey Roy

Pryce Hesler

Bailey Roy is a designer, illustrator, and storyteller who brings a narrative-driven approach to her role as Associate Content Producer at GreenCraft Media. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s College of DAAP with a BFA in Illustration and Design, she has experience spanning publishing, bookstores, and branding—including shaping the identity of The Bookmatters and designing for Blue Manatee Press. At GreenCraft, she contributes thoughtful design and engaging visuals to community and educational campaigns, while also running an independent illustration studio focused on whimsical, story-based artwork.

Blake Freechtle

Blake Freechtle is a filmmaker and visual storyteller whose passion began at age twelve. He studied photography in San Diego, earning multiple “Best of Show” awards, and built a career in Southern California as a videographer and creative director, producing work for brands like Blizzard Entertainment, Dr. Squatch, Siete, Bonobos, and Organifi. Now based in Cincinnati and completing his filmmaking degree at the University of Cincinnati, Blake brings both creative vision and technical skill to GreenCraft—crafting visually compelling stories that connect brands with their audiences.

Kylee Fait

Pryce Hesler brings a mix of design and business strategy to GreenCraft Media. A Maysville, Kentucky native, he earned both his MBA and BA in Advertising from Western Kentucky University, where he also minored in Graphic Design. His experience includes working with the award-winning agency Imagewest, competing in the National Student Advertising Competition, and helping grow WKU’s esports program from a dozen athletes to more than fifty. At GreenCraft, Pryce applies his creative and strategic insight to help clients amplify their impact through smart, engaging content.

Kylee Fait is a senior at Miami University, studying Arts Management and Arts Entrepreneurship with a minor in Marketing. She has hands-on experience in arts-focused marketing and community engagement, including an internship at the Richard and Carole Cocks Art Museum, where she supported event planning, social media, and student outreach. As a board member of the Art Museum Student Organization, Kylee leads event planning and content creation to strengthen student involvement. At GreenCraft, she channels her passion for connecting audiences with organizations through thoughtful design and storytelling.
